PREGNANCY ANNOUNCEMENT model call
Having a baby is a huge, huge change for any family and announcing this to the world is often as exciting as the pregnancy itself.
I am looking for couples who have recently found out they are expecting a baby and are looking for a special fun and creative way to tell their friends and family.
MODEL CALL
If you would like to be considered for the above please read on. Here are some crucial bits of information that you need to know before you apply.
- You will be offered a complimentary 30 minutes photo shoot for yourself, your partner (and other children if you have any) in a location specified by me. The location will be in Exeter.
- You will receive 5 digital images to keep, all hand edited, in high resolution and in 2 versions (with a small logo for online sharing and without logo for your personal printing).
- Your images will be offered to you within 5 working days of the photo shoot and will be used for Aga Kowalska Photography marketing in June. Please note that if you are not happy sharing your pregancy news in June 2019 this offer may not be suitable to you.
- Clients are responsible for arranging their transport, hair & make up if they wish to.
- A fully refundable £10 is required to secure the booking. All will be returned on the day of the photo shoot.
- Clients will be asked to sign a model release form allowing photographer to use the images for marketing purpose. Should the clients withdraw their permission after the photo shoot, an invoice for £99 will be sent out and will need to be paid within 7 days of receiving one.
- All information about pregnancy, due date etc will be kept confidential until the announcement date. Announcement day will be agreed upon by the parents and photographer (on condition tha it is in June 2019).
- Every effort will be made to include client’s wishes and ideas for the reveal, however final decision will be made by the photographer to retain their original style and brand consistency.
