+Women’s Day with Isabella – Home based photo shoot in Exeter.
It couldn’t have been a better day to visit Isabella and her mum: International Women’s Day (8th March). I admire so many women for all the multiple roles they take on and make enormous efforts daily to hit the bar which has been set by society, their partners, peers… But most of all – themselves.
We all want to excell in all the aread of life to prove to, again, society, our peers, partners and ourselves that we CAN do it all. We can be great mums, successful business women, passionate lovers, law abiding citizens and so on.
Therefore I have always found International Women’s day to be THE day to stop, think, admire and appreciate all the great women around me. Being a mum I know how much work goes behind the scenes to make sure the kids are fed, dressed, delivered to school on time, in a fancy dress up costume (if it happens to be World Book Day or another testing day for parental creativity), put to bed cuddled etc etc. At the same time running businesses, going to work, cultivating a hobby or a passion… Honestly, the list is endless.
I dig you WOMEN
Little or older – you women rock.
It was a simple, yet amazing morning cuppa meeting with these 2. Just three women hanging out together and making these moments last in photographs. I managed to capture a few natural raw moments, quirky faces and emotions between mum and daughter and I am confident these will be a beautiful keepsake.
