Magda and Mark’s Intimate Wedding – Larkbeare House

One size doesn’t fit all

Weddings, just like people, come in all shapes and sizes anre there have never been two identical ones. There are huge wedding and there are small intimate, very private ones , just like the one I am about to show you.

Magda and mark have been together for more than a decade and have been keen to make their love and relationship 'official’ 🙂 for some time. However, as for many other couples, pandemic has got in the way and made them revise and adjust theitr plans more than once. Eventually they decided to go ahead and have their special ceremony, despite some strict covid rules still being in place.

It was an amazing feeling, speaking to Magda before the wedding and realising that all they wanted was to make this meaningul commitment to each other and everything else was a bonus. It was evident that they love each other so dearly and they made sure this was the main focus of the day.

Intimate means 6

In this case when I said 'intimate’ wedding I literally meant 6 people. Bride, groom, and witnesses with their partners. You may think that emotions come with crowds but that couldn’t be further from the truth. There were real, raw and beautiful emotions – when Magda was getting ready, when they saw each other in their wedding attaire and througout the whole day. There were also cheeky kisses, cuddles and lots of laughter in our quick couples shoot at Exeter Quay.
