Thank you for coming here and choosing me to be your photographer.
I know I am not the cheapest in the area but I have never wished to compete on price (it’s easy, you simply charge less then others and boom! you are a winner). I compete on quality and will always want and strive to be the best. You and your family deserve the best that’s why I always learn new skills, buy new props, equipment and look for ways to offer the best experience for you. And that costs me hence my prices are the way they are.
I charge fair prices that allow me to offer you the best quality and to run a profitable business. I am so blessed to work with clients who can see the quality I offer and choose to come to me for that, even if it means going slightly over their initial budget.
That’s why I introduced PAYMENT PLANS. They allow my clients to choose me and the quality they love without too much financial burden in one transaction.
How does it work?
Please note this option is only available for Standard (£399) and Premium (£499) packages.
Your package payment is my salary. That’s where I get the money to pay for my studio, for props, for other costs of running business (such as insurance, bills etc), for your beautiful items and where I earn my living. So I always try to get the viewing relatively quickly to allow me to get paid for my services and order your beautiful products.
However, I appreciate sometimes clients are not in position to pay the entire package price at once that’s why I introduced an easy and convenient option to pay in 3 installements (50% + 25% + 25%).
Here is how the payment timescale works,
- Your session fee of £99 is paid upfront, even months before the shoot and it is deducted from package price.
- Installement 1: At the viewing 50% of the balance for your chosen package
- Installment 2: 25% of balance, no later than 30 days from viewing meeting
- Installement 3: 25% of balance no later than 60 days from viewing meeting
Example:
You love all the images and wish to purchase the Premium Package ( £499). You have paid £99, remaining balance to pay is £400
Installment 2: £200 (at viewing) – which is 50% of the balance due
Installment 3: £100 to pay no later than 30 days after the viewing
Installement 4: £100 to pay no later than 60 days after the viewing
Total paid: £499
Available payment methods:
Currently the only available payment options are bank transfer and cash. I do not accept PayPal or credit card payments. The reason for that is that both these platforms are extremely buyer biased and they can easily reverse funds, even when service has been provided and is of desired standard and quality. I hate to think that any of my clients would ever do this to me, however I am following my insurer’s advice and decided NOT to accept these payment methods.
In this way you will have spread the cost over a few months and will have an entire gallery from your shoot.
Please note: If you add any wall art pieces to your order, these will need to be paid in full at the time of ordering. This is due to the bespoke nature of each product. I am unable to place or process orders without full payment.
Delivery of digital goods
Your images (.jpg files saved on a USB or received otherwise) are categorised as personalised digital goods. What that means is that they are 'unsellable’ to anyone else and they are produced specifically for you (with your family / baby / yourself featured in them). Once you receive them they are non returnable as per the current UK Consumer Rights legislation.
In simple terms, once you have them, I have no control over them and you can’t 'return’ them.
For that reason, digital files on a USB will be provided to you only once ENTIRE balance is cleared, i.e. once last installment is received. You will not be getting any part of your gallery, they will be delivered all in one download at the end of your payment plan. You can either choose to get a blank USB and download images from a link later or you can choose to pick a USB with images from me.
For clients travelling over 20 miles to the viewing. USB will be posted, first class Royal Mail.
(below images are for illustrative purpose, they DO NOT imply that models featured in these photographs are or have chosen to pay in installements.)
