Christmas cards, frames, printed gifts and most importantly – family album. These are just a few of the ways you can use the images from our fun Christmas Minis. Apart from being useful, Christmas minis are always fun for the whole family 🙂
This year again we will be running 3 series of minis to cater for all families and tastes.
The set ups for this year will be the following;
OPTION 1- CHRISTMAS BED
DATES:
Friday 8th November: 10.15 / 10.45 / 11.30 / 12.15 / 13.00 / 13.45 / 14.30
Saturday 9th November: 10.30 / 11.15 / 12.00 / 12.45 / 13.30 / 14.15 / 15.00
White bedding, white bed with metal headboard and wooden wall backdrop, decorated with a wreath and cosy cushions. On the day there will be an inflatable double mattress so there may be some gentle jumping allowed too 🙂
RECOMMENDED OUTFITS: white / grey / silver / gold pyjamas, onsies, all-in-ones
OPTION 2 – WINTER WOODLAND – studio space, suitable for children
DATES: Saturday 23rd November 10.30 / 11.15 / 12.00 / 12.45 / 13.30 / 14.15 / 15.00 (weekday options available on request)
With the use of realistic tree tops, paired with wooden floor, real sleigh and wooden accessories this set up will create a nice wintery feel, especially if accentuated by traditional winter clothing
Recommended clothing; tartan / wooly jumpers, mittens, scarves etc.

FAMILY LOCATION SHOOT
DATES: 16th November: 10.30 / 11.15 / 12.00 / 12.45 / 13.15
And this is for the whole family. No space restrictions, no cap on the number of people. You can get the whole gang dressed up in wooly hats, jumpers and create images to love. You can make it as serious or as funny as you want. Make it all about you.
There will be a checkered blanket, hot chocolate, marsh mellows, lots of cushions to rest on and have a cosy warm cuddle. Christmas is for getting together after all, isn’t it?
RECOMMENDED OUTFITS: Whatever you consider Christmassy and warm enough 🙂 Be creative, be brave and bold. Or you may opt for whites, creams to create a more delicate subtle feel. Please talk to me if you need any assistance planning your outfits.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
– there will be strict 30 minutes allowance per client, any lateness will result in reduced shooting time
– only one set up per session
– all studio options are available for children and babies that can sit unaided (6months+ roughly unless supported by a parent)
– all images provided are in high resolution, come with print release and are delivered in an electronic version
– no outfits are provided for the photo shoots
– an online gallery of unedited inages will be provided within 3 days of shooting and clients will be asked ot select their favourites that will then be edited. Raw unedited images are not provided. Only images that are purchased are edited and submitted to client
– images will be edited within 3 working days from the selection date
Detailed agreement covering full terms and conditions of this Christmas mini photo shoot will be provided via email to all booking clients.
PRICING & BOOKING
Slots are only booked once deposit has been paid. Please note that I am unable to hold any slots for more than 24 hours. If no payment is made within 24 hours of enquiring it will be reopened for booking.
PACKAGE MINI: 3 edited images delivered electronically – £79
PACKAGE STANDARD: 5 edited images delivered electronically – £99
£49 non refundable deposit payable at the time of booking, the remainder due on the session date. If paid by bank transfer this needs to be paid 24 hours before the shoot or in cash on the day.
Additional edited digital files – £20 each
